With more than 8 years of experience in CrossFit and Strength and Conditioning I will be able to give you the perfect workout. No matter what your goal is!
Expect a training with lot's of attention on good form, a no BS-approach and of course some fun! I think it's important to have a good connection and to be able to walk away with that satisfied feeling after a good workout.
Since a year I have been teaching Vinyasa Yoga as well. I love the relation between strength and conditioning and Yoga as well.
Every yoga class I teach ,contains a well-rounded flow with bit of a challenging Asana (posture) in the end.
