What is Jimme?

Jimme is the newest platform in the world of personal training: a marketplace that connects trainers and consumers in a smooth, fun and efficient way! The essence of Jimme can be found in the freedom and flexibility of the platform. Through providing visibility and the removal of common barriers, we enable all people to book personal trainers that perfectly suit your needs!

What do I pay for a training session?

The price per session is determined by the personal trainer. Jimme is in no sense involved in the setting of prices. 

How does ‘request a training’ work?

Is there no training available at the time you want? No worries! You can request a training session from your favorite trainer. Click on the request a training button below his availability, then you can choose a time and place that works for you!

How do I know a personal trainer is reliable and safe?

At Jimme we value the safety of our athletes very highly. Therefore, once a personal trainer has submitted a request to provide training through Jimme, we start a tedious process to ensure the validity and reliability of a trainer. We meet every personal trainer either in person or through a video-call, and request all qualifications and previous experience with regards to personal training.  Besides, our review system provides you an early glimpse of what you can expect!

My personal trainer canceled, what now?

First of all, we are very sorry to hear that your personal trainer canceled your upcoming session. Your money will be stored as credits on your account or if you wish it can be refunded within 3 working days.In the meantime, don’t forget to book a replacement on our booking page!

Where is Jimme available?

Jimme currently has good coverage throughout large parts of Amsterdam (Centre, Jordaan, Rivierenbuurt, De Pijp, Oud-Zuid & Oud-West). Expansion to other (large) cities in The Netherlands is expected very soon. Follow us on social media to be the first to find out!

Can my gym or brand work with Jimme?

Absolutely! We would love to hear more about the type of project you’d like to work with us on. Please contact us with more information and one of our team members will follow up with you if they think it is a good fit or have any questions.

Yes of course! a trainer for your employees where and whenever you want? Get in touch with jimme to find out what we can do for you.

What happens after I make a reservation?

After the reservation  you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your training. You can get in touch with your trainer if you have specific requirements.

How do I cancel a training?

Sometimes other things get in the way, even of a valuable personal training session. No worries, you can always cancel without any costs up to 24 hours before a personal training session. If you cancel the training within 24 hours we can't give you a refund. We do this to ensure the personal trainers on our platform are not left empty-handed in case of last-minute cancellations.
